Reopening: VAPIANO

The wait for and at VAPIANO at FÜNF HÖFE Munich has come to an end – in many ways! And it was worth it! After several months of renovation, the popular VAPIANO under the Hanging Gardens is back for you since 22 June!

VAPIANO has taken the feedback from its guests to heart and further developed and optimised the VAPIANO FÜNF HÖFE in Munich: new furnishings, new menu, new colours, new bar & drinks … and – the best for the end: no more queuing! Instead, you can now enjoy your favourite dish together with your loved ones at your leisure. 

The new bar on the ground floor: let us serve you! 

VAPIANO Munich at FÜNF HÖFE extends over two floors. On the ground floor, a new, casual bar experience with full service has been created – without the typical VAPIANO guest menu. So just take a seat and enjoy the delicious drinks! 

Ordered at the Order Point – freshly delivered to your table

The kitchen and the open-plan guest room with plenty of seating are located on the upper floor. As soon as you go upstairs, you will receive the classic VAPIANO guest card to register your consumption and pay at the exit. Once upstairs, you can place your order at the central Order Point at your Vapianisto or at the digital Order Point itself. You will receive a buzzer, which you simply take with you to your table, where you can start to relax. Thanks to a tracking system in the buzzers, your freshly prepared favourite dishes are brought directly to your table. This definitely puts an end to waiting at the cooking stations. 

From pasta to pinsa

What remains are the delicious, freshly prepared Italian dishes. Salads, antipasti and pasta, risotto, dolci … and brand new: crispy baked pinsa instead of pizza. Pinsa romana is the great-grandmother of pizza, so to speak. Pinsa was already baked in ancient Rome. Here, crispy, airy dough meets varied toppings. The extra-digestible sourdough is made in VAPIANO’s own bakery. Thanks to a maturing time of up to 72 hours, the dough is beautifully crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. In contrast to pizza, the long maturing time means that the fermentation process of the yeast in the dough is completely finished. This makes Pinsa much easier to digest. The VAPIANO secret recipe contains only natural ingredients such as water, wheat, rice flour, sourdough, virgin olive oil, salt and fresh yeast. In contrast to the original recipe, soy flour is deliberately omitted. Of course, all these dishes can be accompanied by all kinds of drinks from water, soft drinks and VAPIANO iced tea to beer, VAPIANO wines and prosecco. 

Summer terrace

By the way, the interior is not the only thing that has been renovated. The beautiful, relaxed interior terrace on the first floor has also been beautified and refurbished. Here you can sit and enjoy the fresh air amidst lush greenery. The perfect Italian break in the city centre. Almost like a short trip to Bella Italia!
