Coming soon: Modern art from Galerie Thomas

Look forward to a high-class addition from the art world in the FÜNF HÖFE! Galerie Thomas will soon be moving into the former premises of Galerie Wittenbrink, diagonally opposite Bethge. Art lovers will then find exclusive highlights of German Expressionism, Classical Modernism, the post-war period and contemporary art in the gallery rooms.

The history of Galerie Thomas

Galerie Thomas was founded in 1964 by Raimund Thomas in Maximilianstraße in Munich and is considered THE address for modern art. It is one of the leading international art galleries and can look back on a successful 60-year history. Raimund Thomas has been running the gallery together with his daughter, art historian Silke Thomas, since 1996.

Galerie Thomas attaches great importance to direct contact with its customers, not only in personal discussions in the showroom, but also at collectors’ homes and at art fairs. In addition to buying and selling high-quality works of art, the range of services also includes analysing collections as well as valuations and processing for authenticity checks
