Niessing Munich – experience contemporary jewellery live
Collaboration with architects, artists and designers – especially from the Bauhaus – shapes the Niessing design philosophy. Niessing jewellery is pure form, reduced to the essentials: a design that expresses emotions, approaches people with an open mind and aims to inspire dreaming and reflection. Every piece of jewellery at the Niessing store in Munich is a valuable original and stands for living jewellery culture in its purest form. Niessing is known for its coloured rings in multi-faceted gold tones. And some of Niessing’s designs have even been awarded the coveted Red Dot Design Award.

The history of Niessing
A little history: In 1873, the goldsmith Hermann Niessing founded a workshop for devotional objects in Vreden. The first product range included wedding rings as well as church jewellery. The hallmark was a heart pierced by an arrow with a capital “N” inside. This mark is still used today and adorns numerous products at Niessing Munich. The manufactory from back then with its workshops still forms the core of Niessing today – all the jewellery offered at Niessing Munich is made in Vreden.
